Accessing Ministry of Education’s
Online Academic Records

Secondary 4 and 5 students can create an account with the Ministère de l’Éducation’s Online Academic Record portal to view final marks, diplomas, and other official academic information.

Helpful Tips
  • Use a personal email address, as school email accounts may will become inactive in the future.
  • Keep a record of your login information
  • Create your account before the end of the school year to make sure you have access to your results as soon as they are available

Create Your Account

You will need:

  • Your permanent code alpha numeric code beginning with letters of your last name which can be found on your report card.
  • Your file number 7-digit number which can be found on your report card.

Contact your school if you need help finding this info.

Only one account can be created per permanent code. Parents should not create an account on behalf of their child.

Did You Know?

Secondary IV and V students can use the Online Academic Record portal to view their final marks and, under certain conditions, request a review of a ministerial examination result directly through the portal.
