Some families require transportation arrangements that fall outside regular eligibility guidelines. Depending on your situation, transportation may be available for shared custody, childcare, medical accommodations, or other approved circumstances.
Requests are reviewed each school year and are subject to Board guidelines, available seating, and existing bus routes.
To receive transportation for the first day of school, completed requests and payment must be received by the last day of school in June.
Requests received between July and September 30 will be considered for transportation beginning after October 15.

Students may be eligible for transportation to two addresses when shared custody arrangements meet Board guidelines. Transportation to a second address requires a request form each school year.
Transportation may be available to childcare providers, babysitters, or another approved address when Board guidelines are met. Requests cannot create new bus stops or detours and are subject to available seating.
If your child has a medical condition that affects transportation, a Special Accommodation Request may be submitted for review. Additional documentation may be required.
If you would like to request a different bus stop, complete the Bus Stop Change Request form. Requests are not guaranteed, but we do our best. Requests are reviewed based on Board guidelines, available seating, and existing bus routes.
Once your request has been approved, updated transportation information will be available through Parent Portal / Clic école.
